- Because I will pick up the phone calls of prospective buyers and tenants, I will answer their emails, and I will show them your property.

- Because as an appraiser I can tell you what is the optimal asking price of your property.
- Language barrier is eliminated: Your listings will be shown in English as well as in Hungarian, and I can present your property to both local and international prospectives.
- Because the twin sites are search engine optimized, and your ad will be easily found by local and international Buyers and Tenants online.
- Because I will also advertise your property on the most popular local real estate web-portals. I will also place your listings in the shared network database of more than 400 local real estate agents. If any of them will introduce a buyer or tenant, I will simply share my commission with them – there will be no extra cost for you.
- Because I am providing property finding services for home buyers and tenants, and the property database on this site will be directly exposed to local and international prospective Buyers and Tenants. If, however, your Buyer or Tenant will be one of my Buyer Agency clients, you will be responsible to pay my commission, and the Buyer or Tenant will not pay, since in such case I will not be able to provide them full representation.
- Because my Listing Contract is not exclusive.
- Because you only pay me if and when I will have successfully brought you the actual Buyer or Tenant.
- Because I will negotiate on your behalf.
- Because in case of a property Sale, when a lawyer’s participation is obligatory, I will assist you all the way through the selling process by connecting you to a good real estate lawyer and working with him or her side by side until closing.
- Because in case of a home Lease I will write up a professional Tenancy Agreement between you and your tenant, including the specifics you agreed upon.
- Because you save a lot of time and hassle by listing your property with me.
